Sandy Beach

Sandy Beach is a beautiful white, sandy beach on Lake Superior, about 1 km long framed by bedrock cliffs. The beach faces west, is about 25 metres wide and is excellent for sunbathing and swimming. The beach is backed by sand dunes with fragile plant communities. There are no washroom facilities and the beach is unpatrolled. Overnight camping is not permitted.
