My waterbody is Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River.
I grew up in Kingston Ontario, right where those two waterbodies meet. My father is from Wolfe Island where we’re standing right now. He’s a local fishing guide on Wolfe Island [and has been] since he was 18 years old. So I grew up on the water loving it, my parents then built a cottage over here. I wanted to stay but I had to find some work so I found a job on a private boat on Wolfe Island that goes across right were the St. Lawrence meets Lake Ontario and I worked there for several years. I eventually earned my captains license and have been working on the water for quite a while and I’ve taken trips across Lake Ontario and I hope to take a trip down the St. Lawrence river. I’ve also started working with [a] marine company within Ontario and I’m going to continue working with them as well as mixing work on the water.
