Lake Ontario is the first waterbody that I am connected to when I first moved to Toronto. Moving from a coastal city to a lakeshore city is a great change. The lake is a great surprise to me how people are connected to it in various ways. We drink, we swim and we fish. It makes people living here to be possible and happy. We have to protect it to safeguard our living here.’
