Lake Ontario, ON

My name is Stella Cuban. My water body is every ocean on the planet. I’m Greek so I think of my water body as being the Mediterranean. I moved to England, so my water body there was the Atlantic. I now live in Canada, Wolfe Island – so my water body here is Lake Ontario but I grew up in Nova Scotia so again the Atlantic Ocean.

And we go down to Brazil a couple times a year so my water body is the southern ocean as well. I don’t have a lot of memories on being on the Mediterranean because I left when I was very young. But I’ve gone back subsequently and I have great memories of the Mediterranean from going on family vacations. Now I live on Wolfe Island, on the water. I commute by boat six months of the year. We have our own boat. We kite board, we stand up paddleboard we go wake boarding. So we spend an incredible amount of time being on and around and in the water – my family, my kids, my husband, my dog.
