25 years ago we'd anchor our boats and you couldn't see five feet beneath water's surface. But now you can see the anchor go down 20 feet. That's because of zebra mussels eating all the nutrients, it really cleans up the water. Now that there's less nutrients, the zebra mussels aren't thriving like they used to.
