Mississagua Lake, ON

My name is Simon Racioppa, I’m from Toronto.

(My waterbody is) Mississauga Lake which is part of the Kawarthas, its up sort of north of Bobcaygeon, north of Peterborough.

(My memory) Is one of my friend's cottages is on that lake and I’ve been going to that cottage since I was 3 every summer and we just to just spend what felt like weeks in the water just continuously as kids. Every year I’ve gone back and we’ve gone back to that same lake and I just think about it all through the winter like “oh I can’t wait until we get up to that, up to Mississauga Lake again.” We used to take turns just almost drowning ourselves in that water just in there every day.
