Nogies Creek is connected to a bunch of other water bodies, such as Lake Ontario. Nogies Creek is special to me because I have had a lot of fun experiences there like fishing and tubing, but there is one story in particular I wanted to share.
When I was about 5 or 6, my family and I were at a cottage on the creek when I went down to the dock in the morning and saw 2 or 3 baby turtles. I told my mom and she came to see them. It turns out there were tons of baby turtles! For the rest of that day we were taking pans and helping the turtles to the water with them. It was really a cool experience and I'm glad to know this creek.
