My name is Jake Albert, my watermark is the Thames River. The Thames runs all along from London to Lake St. Claire which goes into Lake Erie.
Throughout the past two summers, I have been in a program called the Antler River Gaurdians where we have been looking after the Thames River land bringing water quality and quantity to knowledge. We are also working with the Ministry of Natural Resources to better the Thames River. Each year we canoe down the Thames River.
(We do) benthic invertebrates testing and we also do wetlands restoration because they help take the nutrients out of the water, like the phosphorous. That's my watermark.
