Like many, I grew up in Hamilton, Ontario disconnected from my local water, believing it would never be safe for swimming, drinking, and fishing. Fortunately, my first visit to Webster's Falls was a powerful reminder of the beauty, power, and persistence of water. Tucked away in the Niagara Escarpment, the waterfall connects Christie Conservation area to Lake Ontario and beyond. Having a connection to the falls has inspired me to advocate for water conservation and help preserve all that we have been blessed with in Canada.
