My most powerful memory of the Kingston Waterfront was the time I was learning to sail. Seeing the skyline of the city with, at the time, churches showing City Hall.
I stopped sailing but still miss the incredible sight, so powerful by any king of weather, rain, sunset or fog. Now my simple pleasure is to walk to Doug Fleur Park and sometimes in front of the K.G Hospital.
The Kingston Waterfront is important to me because it allows me to breathe and appreciate an important part of Kingston.
