This is a story of meeting my husband. At the time I was a graduate student working for the Sudbury region Ministry of Environment and Climate Change and we were doing a survey of water quality around an aquaculture operation. During that time the regional office involved larger boats working in the larger water bodies.
My husband was working for environmental monitoring and reporting for the Ministry of Environment and he was also working on the larger boat. So we met through work. It’s an important story because this changed the direction where I was going -- I got married, had kids, that kind of stuff.
I met the love of my life working on water quality in the Great Lakes.
