I was born and raised on Lake Ontario, and Lake Simcoe even. Those are my two bodies of water. Lake Ontario plays a huge role in modifying the weather, supplying us with drinking water, recreational habitat, not to mention the wonderful habitat it provides for wildlife and vegetation, which is dependent upon that water.
