When I was six years old, I would come out to Lake Ontario with my parents, right before the summer, when the water was pretty cold. I remember seeing a bunch of people in the water in their swim gear/body suits and everything, but I was six years old jumping in the water…in my underwear. Everyone was looking at me like I was crazy. But it was just a fond memory I have of my time on the water.
I don’t live in town anymore, but I try to go swimming in the Lake as often as I can. I like to go to the islands. I’ve never done it in Ontario — but I like to do wake-boarding, and boating in general. I have a bunch of friends with some cottages up in the Muskoka area, so I can often do those activities up there.
