I’d like to mention the waterbody of Lake Ontario which is also in Ojibwe it is Gichi-zaaga’igan. And we are in the tributary of Mississauga of New Credit. So I’m a doctoral student and an adjunct faculty at Lakehead University in Orillia and in Thunder Bay but I do my doctoral work here in environmental and Indigenous education. So we are addressing the miseducation of non-indigenous Canadians so part of my work as I see it is to talk that this land is Indigenous land so say the right place names for the places we are on.
