I’ve been windsurfing in Lake Ontario for around the last 20 years. I started when I was forty years old with my son at the beaches in Toronto. I realized very soon I kind of liked it, so when I was in Florida, I bought some equipment and brought it back. We would go often to windsurf in Scarborough and the Pickering area, where I was working at the time. Now I live in the Harbourfront of Toronto and love being close to the water. I enjoy going to the Island and I swim at the beach occasionally; it’s really great to be near the lake.
