A waterbody that was really the biggest influence to me was Lake Temagami. I spent many summers up there growing up: portaging, canoeing, and really exploring the great outdoors. Up there, the water is just so pristine. For me, there is a real sense of urgency - I spent my childhood there and I’ve really questioned whether I’m going to have the same level confidence of just grabbing that huge cooler and filling it up with water and drinking right out of it and if I will be able to pass that on to my kids and my generation. So for me this is really important.
