Miskwabi Lake is in the Kawarthas near Haliburton. I was introduced to Miskwabi Lake about 4 years ago, through some friends who bought a property up there. I had never seen a lake that clean in Ontario in so long.
There was so much vegetation, there are moose, and there are loons nesting there still. There are no weeds or no mussels. It’s so pure, you could drink it. They don’t suggest that you do but you could. I feel so peaceful when I’m up there. I’m totally at peace with the world, when I am there, looking at that lake.
