One time when I was younger, my sister and I went to visit my dad during the winter. They had a place for fishing out on the ice, but none of the adults wanted to go fishing with us. So my sister and I dropped some lines in the water and usually that was it.
When you’re ice fishing you kind of let the lines dangle in the water and then walk away. But my sister and I, waited on the lines, that were sitting in the water and suddenly there were three huge pikes in the mouth of the hole. The fish were so big and in our face. Since we were young we ran away because we were too scared to pull them up!
