Speed River, ON

My Watermark is Speed River in Guelph, Ontario.

I chose it as my Watermark because I take my little boy and go canoeing there.

I go canoeing a few times throughout the summer. It’s the start of what we would do. We also go swimming in the river.

There are also lakes at the old Ontario reformatory, where we used to go fishing as kids. We used to fish rainbow trout back in the day.

This summer I’ll probably go to the Muskoka’s and hit up Lake Rosseau.
