Walking home from work the other day, I took a detour onto Toronto’s waterfront trail. With autumn shortening our days and sunsets coming faster, I was drawn to the soft glowing colours I saw in the sky. Shortly into my walk, I immediately became mesmerised by the way these beautiful colours reflected off of the water. With the sun setting on the west, I was walking closer and closer towards an aura of golden sky. I was immediately grateful of the experience I was enjoying. Although it was simple, I was reminded of how wonderful simple things can be and how easy they are to pass by.
