In Ontario’s Superior Country, Terrace Bay beach is located at the Lake Superior National Marine.
Conservational Area in Terrace Bay.
This is a sandy beach located on Lake Superior.
From here, you can view the caribou populated Slate Islands Provincial Park as well as the lower falls of Aguasabon.
This beach offers fun for the whole family, volleyball, a boat launch and docks.
Ample parking, public restrooms and wheelchair-accessible kayak launches.
By the summer of 2022, the beach will feature a 300-meter long boardwalk to stroll down and enjoy Lake Superior views.
Other amenities include being pet friendly, access to nature trails and a chance to go to the Parks Canada Red Chairs.
