I have two nieces that live there, and my brother lived there for 30 years. It was the lake I learned to water-ski on, and swim every chance we got. I would always think of how beautiful it all is. Our dogs would swim with us, and it was just so lovely.
At night, you could hear all kinds of wildlife, like birds and loons. I still get up there and visit, not as much as I would like to, but it’s still just a beautiful spot.
