Agate Bay beach is a rocky shoreline near Two Harbours Lake Walk located to the northwest of the Breakwater and Lighthouse. There is plenty of parking at this location. Boaters will find a launch if you keep to the right as you travel south on 3rd Street and cross over Two Harbours Lake Walk.
