Bay View East Beach is a semi-public beach that is available for use by residents of Bayview Road. Adjacent to the beach is a grassy area perfect for sunbathing and a picnic table. A staircase leads to the sandy beach. The "East" and "West" parts of Bay View Beach are sampled separately.

This beach is sampled 4 times per week.
