Charleston Lake Provincial Park's rocky lake and forest landscape make this scenic destination a popular choice for beachgoers, campers, and hikers alike. Access to the beach is within Charleston Lake Provincial Park, where the purchase of a park permit is required. This beach is located just off the main park road between Bayside and Shady Ridge campgrounds, is only accessible by land and cannot be accessed by boat as it is within a “No Motorboat Restricted” area on the beautiful Charleston Lake. The Day-Use Beach is equipped with lots of parking, change rooms, privy/outhouse, a water tap in the parking lot, adjacent picnic areas and canoe and kayak rentals are nearby .

Open fires and alcoholic beverages not permitted in any beach areas
