The City of Barrie Marina is located at the west end of Kempenfelt Bay on Lake Simcoe in the heart of downtown Barrie. They have 350 seasonal slips and 50 transient slips. There is potable water available on each dock and washrooms and showers in the marina administration building and Heritage Park building. The Marina is amidst Centennial Beach and Heritage Park walking trails and attractions.

The boat launch fee (daily) is $17.70 +HST (annual pass available).

Drivers can park in the marina lot and nearby hybrid parking lots (Spirit Catcher, Lakeshore Drive, and North Marina parking lots) for $10/hour with a daily max of $50. This is enforced 24/7/365, however, overnight parking is not permitted in all hybrid and waterfront parking areas (lots and on-street) from December 1 through March 31 (12:01–5am).?
