Curve Lake Henry's Gumming is located within the Curve Lake First Nations reserve.
This Ojibway community dates back to 1882 when a small band settled Curve and Mud Lakes.
Seven years later it became an official reserve.
This beach is located at the far east end of Whetung Road.
