Killbear is a Natural Environment Class park located a short drive from Parry Sound on Georgian Bay. With its long sandy beaches, Killbear is an ideal place for swimmers. Harold Point is a long, crescent shaped beach located just off of the main road. No lifeguards, water safety is your responsibility. Life Jacket Lending Program available.

We bring our Mirror sailing dinghy with us every summer to camp in Killbear Provincial Park, so as a family we've learned to sail on Parry Sound. This includes many events including racing, cruising, and even sailing in storm squalls for the thrill of it.
