Krull Park, Olcott Beach

Beach

Krull Park is a 325 acre recreational park in Niagara County that has access to Lake Ontario. The park offers a variety of amenities including shelters, a splash park, soccer fields, basketball courts, 2 playgrounds, tennis courts, and a model airplane field. The section of the park that is north of Main Street is often referred to as Olcott Beach because within this part of the park there is a sandy beach and a guarded swimming area. Olcott Beach was once a popular resort destination up until the late 1930s when the remaining hotels were demolished. Parts of the foundation of the Olcott Beach Hotel can still be found south of the swimming beach today.
