Lakeview Park Beach Sheboygan

Beach

Located along Lakeshore Drive on the South end of Sheboygan, Lakeview Park and beach is one of many great public spaces in the area. This grassy and shaded park has a playground, picnic facilities and a large pavilion that can be rented out for large groups.

The beach area, although small, provides a beautiful place to take in a Lake Michigan sunrise, let your dog run around off leash, or relax with friends. Something to take note of: the city’s power, and sewage treatment plant are located just south of the park. Although neither pose a risk to your safety, days with wind blowing from the South may be a little smelly.

Restrooms available in the park, closed during winter months

Hours 5am-11pm daily

Dogs allowed- in the park they must be leashed. However dogs are allowed OFF LEASH on the beach

Additional questions can be directed to the City of Sheboygan Public Works Department at 920-459-3440

Please read and obey all posted regulations during your visit.

Prior to your day at the beach, be sure to check the local weather forecast at https://www.weather.gov/mkx/ and pay attention to changing weather and water conditions.
