Middle River Beach

Those looking for a quieter beach experience with no amenities will enjoy a day at Middle River Beach.
Conveniently located close to Superior Wisconsin, but just enough out of the way Middle River Beach offers great views of Lake Superior without having to travel too far from amenities such as dining and lodging.
Access to this beach is best done from Middle River Road off of Highway 13.
Schaffer Beach is also an excellent alternative for those wanting a shorter drive from Superior.
Like Middle River, Schaffer has no amenities but offers a great sandy beach.
