Oronto Bay

Located between Saxon Park and the Bad River Indian Reservation the long, sandy Oronto Bay beach (separated into 3 units) offers solitude and stunning views of Lake Superior.

The best access for this 2 mile stretch of beach is at the Saxon Park parking area. Heading west, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out. Additional questions pertaining to rules and regulations can be addressed to the Iron County Forestry and Parks Department at 715-893-2370.
