Sandbanks Provincial Park - Outlet Beach

Welcome to two of the largest freshwater bay mouth sandbars in the world.
The Park offers overnight camping, as well as long stretches of sandy beaches.
This sensitive dune ecosystem is very rare and truly spectacular.
In the middle of summer, the campground and the beach are nearly always packed with people so be sure to book your sites early.
Outlet Beach is one of the largest in the park and faces out directly onto Lake Ontario.
Perfect for families, Outlet Beach offers warm shallow waters with a gentle drop off.
The beach offers multiple parking lots spread out over the length of the beach, in addition to comfort stations, change rooms and emergency telephones.
No lifeguards present at the beach, water safety is your responsibility.
Lifesaving equipment and an emergency phone are available.
