Byng Island Conservation Area is a 470 acre getaway in the midst of winding creeks, Carolinian forests, and wetland habitats. Here, you will find well-maintained campgrounds that provide the perfect home-base for a trip full of boating, fishing, and hiking. Alongside volleyball courts and picnic areas, this conservation area boasts the largest outdoor swimming pool in Canada! This pool is located within Byng Island and can hold up to 1,000 people. It even has a diving board! Byng Island is located along the Grand River. Paddle along the river, making your way out to the beautiful Grand for an unforgettable adventure.
