Along with attracting human visitors, the part is a popular stopover spot for migrating insects and bird species. Bring along your camera and binoculars and see what you can find! In addition to the wildlife viewing opportunities, Long Beach offers plenty of opportunities for summer fun. Visitors enjoy swimming, fishing, sailboarding, jetskiing, and sunbathing in the warm waters of Lake Erie. The park also hosts several events throughout the year, including the Brad Shaw Memorial Horseshoe Tournament and many educational programs.

Every summer my brother and I would visit our grandparent's cottage and go camping on Queen land. We would take the boats and travel across the lake and down rivers to find isolated campsites.
