Located on the beautiful, sandy shores of Lake Erie is Long Beach Conservation Area. The region boasts a total of 225 campsites located along the sand and pebble beaches and dense forest. Along with attracting human visitors, the part is a popular stopover spot for migrating insects and bird species. Bring along your camera and binoculars and see what you can find! In addition to the wildlife viewing opportunities, Long Beach offers plenty of opportunities for summer fun. Visitors enjoy swimming, fishing, sailboarding, jetskiing, and sunbathing in the warm waters of Lake Erie. The park also hosts several events throughout the year, including the Brad Shaw Memorial Horseshoe Tournament and many educational programs.
