Perth Wildlife Reserve is a 257 acre conservation area situated on the Tay Marsh in Perth, Ontario. The park is open year-round and is a popular stopover spot for migrating birds in spring and autumn. This diverse environment is a wonderful spot to stop, relax, and appreciate wildlife. Listen to the birds sing, watch the butterflies flock to the meadow, and travel the trails, keeping your eyes peeled for rabbits, wild turkeys, deer, and the many other species that live in the Perth Wildlife Reserve.

It really gives you perspective when you kayak from the Kingston, Brockville area, all the way down through the two damns, through Montreal. Then you’re into the Trois-Riviere and into Quebec, full tide and the mix of the water and the salt and it doesn’t take long before it’s salt water.
