Upper Credit Conservation Area is a 400 acre park located along the Credit River. It contains over 12 acres of provincially significant wetland habitat and a cold-water fish community within the Credit River. Anglers enjoy fishing for Brook Trout in the river, while birdwatchers come to spot the many avian species within the park, including Bobolinks, Mourning Warblers, Yellow-Rumped Warblers, Dark-Eyed Juncos, and many more. Experience the variety of habitats that meld together in Upper Credit, including meadows, forests, and wetlands. There is plenty to explore!

When you’re doing it, it’s exhausting and you think, I will never, ever do this again but now as you think back and that visceral connection with the water, it was important for me.
