The waterbody I have a connection to is Lake Simcoe in Orillia where I’ve spent most of summers. Not most, actually all of my summers growing up. As my story of Lake Simcoe, I have fond memories of it. For 20 years in a row straight I spent every single summer living there on the water, swimming in the lake every day, I’ve watched it grow and develop and change over the years as it does. It is probably one of my most favourite lakes in the world because of the amount of time I have spent on the water and knowing all the in’s and out’s of that lake very well.
