Cycling

Cycling is great exercise and an excellent pollution-free mode of transportation. It is one of the best and most immersive ways to experience the Great Lakes region.

There is nothing more freeing than the simple pleasure of bike riding.

There is nothing like feeling the wind rush past your face. Cycling the region is fun for people of all ages and abilities, with trails ranging in difficulty from easy-going boardwalks to challenging mountain-biking courses. There are thousands of breathtaking trails, including the famous Waterfront Trail that extends over 3600km from Lake Superior all the way around the remaining Great Lakes to the St Lawrence River.
