Amphitheatre Beach is a sandy beach located within Bell Park which offers many summer festivals, concerts and activities. Bell Park is named after William J. Bell who was a former lumber baron and his family donated the park to the City in 1926. The beach's 100 feet of shoreline are unsupervised. Ramsey Lake is perfect for recreational water activities such as angling, swimming, sailing, boating and water skiing. For those who enjoy fishing there is a diverse population of fish such as walleye, northern pike and smallmouth bass.
