Black River is an unincorporated community located on Lake Huron at the mouth of the Black River, just south of Negwegon State Park. Public access is located at the mouth of the Black River and includes a boat launch for fishing, including perch, salmon, and trout fishing. Negwegon State Park, located at the north edge of town, offers several miles of beaches and hiking trails.
