Guelph Lake - Island Beach

Beach

One of two beaches in the 3971 acres of Guelph Lake conservation area. Both of the large sandy beaches are equipped with change houses. Neither beach is patrolled by lifeguards, so parents or guardians should keep a close eye on children. The lake offers trophy-sized northern pike, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, black crappie, yellow perch, and carp for anglers. Non-motorized boating is allowed in Guelph Lake; canoeing, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing are popular here.
