Killarney Bay Beach is a small grassy beach on the shore of Balsam Lake. The lake is connected on one side by the Trent Canal to Michell Lake, and across the lake, water flows down the Trent-Severn Water Way into Cameron Lake. Situated in the Kawartha Lakes region, Balsam Lake is known for being the highest elevation, ocean-navigable body of water in the world.
