North Beach

Beach

North Beach, voted #4 in Best Freshwater Beach (USA Today), is open from 6am to 10pm, Memorial Day weekend through September. Come for a family picnic, play sand volleyball, or enjoy live music while the children play at the nautical themed playground. Free parking, restrooms, lifeguards, and a wheelchair accessible walkway make North Beach a great place for everyone. Pets are NOT allowed on the beach, except for service animals.

If you are going to swim at the beach, please be aware of water conditions and signage to keep you safe. Always have a swim buddy. Pool floaties are not recommended in larger bodies of water. Rip currents and longshore currents are common on the shores of the great lakes and can be very dangerous.
