(Version française suit) Northern Ontario is home to some of Canada’s most beautiful lakefronts and beaches. In the Town of Charlton, where Long Lake ends, there is a spectacular public beach area. The beach area includes washrooms, change rooms, a playground, and a pavilion with picnic tables. The Municipal Beach has recently been upgraded. You can now find a new dock, new picnic tables and benches, outdoor exercise equipment and renovations to the buildings and facilities!

Le nord de l'Ontario est le foyer de quelques-unes des plus belles plages de bord de lac du Canada. Dans la ville de Charlton, là où Long Lake se termine, il y a une zone de plage publique spectaculaire. La plage comprend des toilettes, des vestiaires, une aire de jeux, et un pavillon avec tables de pique-nique. La plage municipale a récemment été rénovée. Vous pouvez maintenant y trouver un nouveau quai, de nouvelles tables et bancs de pique-nique, de l'équipement d’exercices extérieur et des rénovations au niveau des bâtiments et installations!
