Village of Bayfield Marina (Bluewater Marina)

The Village of Bayfield Marina, formerly 'Bluewater Marina,' is located on the south side of the Bayfield River, close to where the mouth of the River empties into Lake Huron, and at the bottom of the Bayfield River watershed. There is a public launch site nearby and a popular fishing pier. The Bayfield River is home to 34 different fish species, including rainbow trout.

The Village of Bayfield Marina can be accessed via Lake Huron or turn left onto Short Hill Road and right on Long Hill Road after leaving Hwy. 21 at Bayfield. There are 60 seasonal berths and 14 guest berths at the marina. The facility offers a pump out service, 20, 30 and 50 amp electric service, washrooms and showers.

The marina is equipped with first aid and lifesaving equipment. Wireless internet service (for patrons), picnic tables and a pet waste station are provided. There is beach access and a public launch nearby. The world-famous Lake Huron sunsets are viewable from the marina. The Bluewater area contains extensive shoreline bluff areas.
