Wildwood Conservation Area Beach

Beach

WCA has an exciting history, as the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority began to build the conservation area in 1966. As soon as a road was built that connected to the reservoir, an area was closed off for bathers. Amenities including picnic tables were installed with many camp sites surrounding. Now, the area covers about 1400 hectares and has the largest land base of the three multi-use conservation areas.
