Here, you will also find stunning nature hikes, amazing fishing opportunities, and picturesque camping and picnicking spots. There is a Mill pond filled with rainbow trout that is used for the Kids, Cops, and Canadian Tire Fishing Derby each summer. I discovered Fairy Lake in Acton in 2004. Initially, I went there because it was a picturesque location in which to have a picnic.
