McAuliffe Woods Conservation Area

Located within the small town of Tucemseh, Ontario is the quiet, pleasant McAuliffe Woods Conservation Area. The conservation area stretches 22 acres, across Oak and Hickory woodlands. A 1 km trail passes through wooded areas, with walks for all experience levels. Paved sections of the trail make it accessible for strollers and mobility devices. Cycling, birdwatching, hiking, and cross-country skiing in the winter are all popular activities in McAuliffe Woods. There is also a playground and picnic shelter nearby, along with tennis courts, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields in the adjacent grounds!
