Sandfield beach is located on Lake Manitou right by the Manitou River and the hamlet of Sandfield in which the beach is named after. Both the hamlet and the beach was named after the Hon. John Sandfield Macdonald, the first premier of Ontario. Amenities are within the town of Sandfield such as the Sandfield General Store and Country Kitchen and Hutchinson Cabins are located right by this beach. This beach is mostly frequented by locals and is unattended.
